Shipping Methods and Rates
For domestic orders, Lissa offers UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. For international orders, Lissa uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail International, which delivers merchandise within 3-6 business days.
Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Lissa is unable to ship to military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.
Shipping & handling charges for domestic orders (and Canada) are calculated at checkout based upon the shipping method selected, weight, and destination.
International orders will be charged a flat shipping & handling rate of $35. Lissa is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees charged by customs.
Currently, Lissa offers free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $350 shipped within the 48 contiguous states.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours and will ship pending item availability and credit verification. Lissa will ship merchandise daily from Tuesday-Friday. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.
In the event that the size/item you ordered is not available or there is a shipping issue with your location, we will contact you immediately and credit your account.
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment.
In-Store Pick Up
Local customers can pick up orders at our retail location. Just select the in-store pick up option at checkout (no shipping & handling charges will apply). Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks during regular store hours:

Lissa is required to charge 9.25% sales tax on all orders shipped within Illinois. No sales tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of Illinois.
Returns and Exchanges
In-Store Return Policy
We will accept returns/exchanges on unworn merchandise for seven (7) days from the purchase date for store credit only when accompanied by a receipt, all tags, and in original condition. All sale items, jewelry and accessories are final. Store credit cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Online Return Policy
We will accept returns and exchanges on items purchased online if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All sale items and jewelry sales are final.
For all returns and exchanges, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the delivery date with a brief product description and reason for the return/exchange. All returned merchandise must be received by us within 14 days of the original purchase, must not have been worn, altered, or washed, and must include original tags.
All return shipments (domestic and international) must be made by a major courier service with tracking capabilities, at the purchaser's expense, to the following address:

Upon acceptance and inspection of the merchandise, we will credit back (within 7 business days) the cost of the item(s), including sales tax, less the shipping charges, to the credit card used for the purchase. We are not responsible for the item during return shipment, so we suggest you maintain the tracking number for the return to ensure it reaches our store. If you have requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped out, subject to availability, with shipping charged to the credit card used for the original purchase.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
